Nomad Geo Service LLP took part in the 12th Mining and Geological forum MINEX KAZAKHSTAN, which was organized in Nur-Sultan on April 6-7, 2022 on the general topic “Sustainable development, decarbonization and industrial transformation”. It was interesting to hear various reports on the development of our industry in the country. Thanks to the forum, we saw familiar colleagues and met new ones, shared our innovations and discussed development issues.
Extensive coverage of geophysical exploration was carried out on the territory of Kazakhstan. During this time, electrical surveys were completed in the OreVision IP modification, and projects will continue at this point. These modifications show excellent results. We also continue ground-based magnetic surveys, and have also mastered surveying using UAVs, which in turn speeds up work productivity. Completed projects for our clients in DAS-IP areal surveys with our partners from Abitibi Geophysics and Vector IP with our partners from SouthernRock Geophysics. We continue projects on electromagnetic surveys in BHEM and AEM modifications. Geophysical research of wells also does not stand still, interesting projects are being carried out with various probe configurations. A complex of logging operations is carried out jointly with our partners from DGI.
